What is the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Methodology?

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is a technique where people use LEGO® bricks to follow a series of structured exercises through building.  The builds  represent metaphoric personal or business challenges.

The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method is based on a set of fundamental beliefs about leadership and organizations:

  • Leaders don’t have all the answers. Their success is dependent on hearing from everyone in the room and realizing traditional ways of working together do not always offer an opportunity for each person to express critical insight.
