Gail, excels in refining, reshaping or consolidating internal structures and processes, influencing decision-makers, strong business partnerships, and reaching accurate decisions quickly. In short, she can help you approach business problems from all sides and create greater profits through attention to analytics, revenue issues, sound marketing & branding, risk avoidance/mitigation, and cost containment initiatives.
Gail holds a Master of Science in Communication and Information Management and an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Innovative Practices.
She is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt & ISO 9000/9001 Assessor & Auditor. Additionally, she is certified as a Prosci® (ADKAR) Change Management Professional & a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator.
Gail is skilled in strategic planning & execution, business plan development & writing, accounting, and process management. She has an outstanding work ethic, an end-to-end business management perspective with creative problem solving skills.
She is a college instructor teaching entrepreneurial skills and business curriculum to students of all ages
